Ann has long been highly committed and involved in her profession as a realtor on Hilton Head Island. As such, she is intimately knowledgeable about the market, its properties and values, and she maintains professional relationships with others related to real estate, which gave us access to much more assistance that we thought we would get from a realtor. Ann is also a lovely person and was a joy to work with. She was thoughtful and helpful on a personal level and continued her support for us even well after closing, just doing some kind favors for us that really went beyond her job.
